Kauffman Family

These two little cuties, Cole and Lexie are twins in Malakai's preschool class. They are probably the ones I hear him talking about most and they love spending time together. Friday afternoon, I had the privilege of doing their family portraits. It was a beautiful (although kind of muggy) spring afternoon in the woods. I have enjoyed getting to know Jen better and look forward to more future play dates. Check out this adorable family of four.

Half Way There

20.5 weeks pregnant. Today was the first mini session with my dear husband. He loves to document my growing belly. Apparently, the baby is about the size of a cantaloupe right now :)

Tee Ball

I found this at a yard sale today and was excited for the boys to try it out tonight. It was a big hit...literally. Good investment that will be used hard over the coming years. It was a super fun day. Yard saling with my mom. Family hike to Mount Gretna. Picnic lunch of Subway sandwiches under our pear trees in the back yard. Mowed the yard Washed the vehicles. Completed small household projects. Campfire with hot dogs and smores. Flew a kite. Tee Ball (of course). First batch of meadow tea for the season brewing. Ahhh yes...summer time is on it's way and this is one momma going to bed tonight with a heart full of love for her dear family.

Malakai's Preschool Program

The end of the preschool year is May 15th. I know he's going to miss it, but we're looking forward to a summer full of fun times as a family! This morning was the final "program". Head, shoulders, knees and toes was the kick off song followed by many more silly ones. It's always so amazing to see the kids pushing out of their shells and displaying confidence in themselves. Malakai has come a long way in this department since September and I'm so proud of him for overcoming the fear of being in the spotlight. He even introduced himself this morning. Him and Isaac were goofing off afterwards being silly brothers. Probably my favorite part of the whole "program" :) Grandma came along and treated Malakai to lunch and we enjoyed the special celebration of a job well done!
