Kaitlyn: Senior Portraits

It's always wonderful when my clients have access to beautiful locations for their portrait sessions. Kaitlyn's grandparents own a local bed and breakfast and that is where she wanted to get her senior pictures taken. It was landscaped beautifully, complete with lots of flower gardens and paths. It is very obvious that the place is well loved and enjoyed both by the owners and guests. Kaitlyn just moved back to the area from Wyoming this past spring. Her dad was working on a ranch and the family lived out west for the past three years. Kaitlyn worked in the ranch office and has grown to love business administration and hopes to major in business when she heads off to college next fall. Enjoy your senior year as you make new friends at a new school. You have many gifts...your gentle spirit being one of them. A few favs...

Little David

Sometimes newborns decide that sleeping is way overrated and are wide awake during their newborn photo session.(And all throughout the night!) That's what little David had decided and he was not about to give in to sleep! His strong legs were wriggling all around and at one point, I thought he was actually crawling. Mom and Dad are adjusting to the new life in the family. It's always so fun to watch new parents with their new babes. Life is so precious and they grow up too quickly. Meet the newest kid on the block...

What'd You Say?

Malakai was wearing Daddy's mowing earmuffs last night. He was stumbling all around because he couldn't hear and his equilibrium was off. I was laughing so hard. We went for a long walk around the pasture while Eric finished push mowing. Then my parents came over and wanted some help picking the plums, so we got to work with three ladders and ended up with several baskets full! As soon as we finished picking it started raining and then we had one enormous thunderstorm!
