My Kids

Life is continuing on around here. Not like usual...better. One week ago, Hadassah Joy entered our lives changing it forever. I find myself saying out loud every day, "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength," as well as, "With my God, I can scale a wall!" I have to declare the truth even if it seems false in the moment. There is never a shortage of things to do as a mother of three kiddos 4 and under. I am thankful for grace, mercy, and love. These three things, I need massive doses of. Here are the little people I get to hang out with every day. Am I blessed or what?

Hadassah Joy- 3 Days Old

I am especially thankful that I am a photographer when the subject is my 3 day old daughter. I love this little beauty so much!

A Precious Star is Born...

On Friday, September 14th at 8:10pm, our daughter, Hadassah Joy was born. Weighing in at 8 lbs. 15 oz. and 21 inches long, she immediately captured our hearts. Hadassah means precious star. It is Queen Esther's Hebrew name. We have been doing more research on who this woman is and are thankful that we get to raise up this "queen" into a woman who loves the LORD. We arrived home yesterday around noon and have been adjusting to life as a family of five. Malakai and Isaac couldn't be more excited to be big brothers to this little sister of theirs. She is getting lots of love and affection for sure. When I see our three kids together, my eyes start to water. God has given Eric and I three amazing miracles and I am so overwhelmed by these gifts.
