New Albums

The changes keep coming here at Radiant Images. On Thursday morning the Fed Ex man brought me a wonderful present...my brand new album! I am so excited to offer these quality albums for my wedding clients. Here is a little taste of what they look like. There will also be an option for a leather cover but that one has not come in yet. I'll post images of that one when it does. Get a napkin, you may start to drool...

A Day To Remember

It was exactly one year ago today that Malakai Grant became forever part of our family. I am reminded of the LORD's unfailing faithfulness in our lives again. This day, February 25th, will always have special meaning to us. I was looking back over pictures of those first few moments with him. I can still remember that feeling of "Oh my goodness, I'm holding my son...this adorable little baby has been given to Eric and I to parent, snuggle, and love. I am overwhelmed with this gift, LORD." We were talking this morning at breakfast about how our lives would seem so incomplete without Malakai. He has made my arms stronger :) and my heart full of joy in ways I never knew before I was his mommy. So today, I am celebrating the miracles that have taken place in our family and the miracles yet to come. Thank You, Jesus for this precious little boy!

I'm H-A-P-P-Y...

I heard a little story on the radio today that almost made me cry...

A man was sitting on an airplane beside another man who was extremely happy. He found it intriguing so he asked the man, "Why are you so happy?" The man simply replied, "Well sir, I ain't never lived this day before!"

In a season of many changes for our family, I want the above story to be what people say of me. I can choose to enjoy this last month here on 22 E. Ross Street and enjoy the process of packing up. We officially signed the lease last night for the new family that will be living in our house here in the city so we are one step closer to having a new address. Our official moving date is set for March 21st.

If I don't blog as much, this is why. A lack of communication doesn't mean that I am bored with nothing to do, it just means that I have lots of things on my brain and am gearing up for a fun spring/summer/fall season of photography. I hope by now you all have checked out my new website. I am excited to be able to keep it updated.

How can I not be happy when I get to spend most days with these two wonderful boys!

Fresh Cut Little Man

It was time to cut Malakai's hair again last night. Before we did, Eric stripped him down and he was tearing around the living room naked and happy! We were laughing so hard...he literally would run from couch to couch, spinning and giggling. Little boys do love to be without their clothes. It seemed to relax him and the scary hair clippers was less intimidating for him.

Brush, Brush, Smile

We've been trying to brush Malakai's teeth recently. It's been quite funny to watch him figuring out why we keep putting this thing in his mouth. Here was last night's episode.

Best Buds

These two are spending more and more time together every day. We can't wait to see how they play together when they are both older.
