Laughing Till We Cry

We have done this for many years. Family day. A day set aside where we spend time together doing things that will make memories in our minds forever. This weekend we did a little of this....

 

My parents surprised us and took us to Cherry Crest Adventure Farm. Go carts, corn maze, petting zoo, tractor pull, and a ton of other fun farm related activities. We had a blast! And at the end of the day, we were tired but happy. I'm so thankful for these experiences made together.

...Tie Her Hair Up In Ribbons & Bows

Today the boys went with Eric on the truck so it was Girls Day for Hadassah and I. How fun! I dressed her all up for a special day together. Pink Toms (thanks to a yard sale), a bracelet from Daddy and her first hair clip. Is this adorable little lady really my daughter? I can hardly stand the cuteness!

Pool Fun

Pool time with friends is fun even if it's rainy. Smiles were plentiful!

Owen: Newborn

9 lbs. 1 oz of pure sweetness! Owen Robert was 10 days old when I first got to meet him. Didn't want to miss a thing so he stayed wide awake and alert as long as possible. His mommy and daddy are past clients of mine and it was a pleasure to receive their inquiry asking if I would be willing to photograph their new baby boy. Even the puppy got to join in on the photo session. What a good girl! Meet the newest kid on the block...

Rain, Rain, Go Away

0% chance of rain and yet thirty seconds into this family session, the sky began to drip, which turned into a light mist, which turned into a steady rain, which turned into a heavy down pour. We ran for the trees and took cover which lasted a few minutes before we decided that it wasn't going to pass and we were too drenched to save this session. And yes, this was our rain date. Third time is the charm, I'm hoping! All was not lost, Eric had ordered pizza for me to pick up on my way home and then my parents offered to take us out for ice cream in the rain. Guess there is a silver lining in every cloud, just wished this time it wasn't a rain cloud.
