Mary-June 20th

It's that time of year...senior portraits! I must admit that these are my favorite kind of photo shoots. I love the one on one time which really allows me to focus on bringing out each senior's personality. I used to coach junior varsity field hockey at Lancaster Mennonite School and Mary was one of my girls that I coached. She is such a sweetheart and super fun with the camera. Her sincere smile and radiant personality show up quickly in these shots. Mary, I am excited for you to begin your senior year at LMH. You are a true leader and I am so proud of you!

Dale & Karla-June 17th

Meet me in the garden...wow, was this wedding breath-taking! Dale & Karla were married at the Drewmore Estate. I've never even attended a wedding in a garden let alone shoot one. I hope I get many more opportunities like it. Joe, my assistant and I decided that we could've literally spent all day just taking pictures on the grounds. A mansion, endless flower gardens, water fountains, a pool, hammock, white lattice-trimmed balconies...are you getting the picture...it was amazing! The ceremony itself didn't leave a dry eye in the place. Worship was incredible. The view through the trees really made you feel like you might be taking a walk through heaven. Dale and Karla were a stunning couple and the celebration of their union was rich. Congratulations you two!

Randy & Erica-June 9th

There's something really special about doing a good friend's wedding. Randy has been a close friend of Eric and I's for awhile. We have watched him wait and pray for the perfect woman to become his wife. Erica, you are one blessed woman! The wedding day was gorgeous. Even I got a little choked up at times behind my camera. The LORD was definitely present. A litte old United Methodist Church was the back drop for the day. Erica's grandparents and her parents were both married there, so why break tradition?! After a trip to County Park with the newlyweds for some pictures, we headed to Liberty Place to celebrate with great food and dancing. Guys, your wedding day was so much fun for me to shoot. Thanks for giving me the opportunity.

A New Perspective-June 14th

For our 4th wedding anniversary, Eric and I took our first hot air balloon ride. It was so much fun! We soared above Lancaster County for about an hour trying to figure out where we were and waving to all the cars below that were honking and waving back at us. It was refreshing to get above the pace of the earth for awhile. Things seem so small when you can literally see miles and miles away. The view of our God is absolutely amazing. He sees the whole world and yet can count the number of hairs on our head...there is no one else like Him! It was a ride we won't forget, worth every penny. I am more in love with my dear husband now than I ever thought possible. Eric, I love you and I look forward to many more anniversary celebrations to come!

Kevin & Amanda-June 2nd

What a beautiful day for an outdoor wedding! Hot, but gorgeous. The ceremony and reception were held at Kevin's parents' house. This place was amazing. It was like the picture I get in my mind of the 23rd Psalm with the refreshing creek flowing past as Kevin and Amanda said their vows to each other. I love outdoor weddings and this one was simple yet very elegant. Kevin and Amanda, blessings on you guys as you start your new life together as Mr. and Mrs. Wolfe!
