Brandon & Meg decided there couldn't be a better way to start off the new year than to get married to each other. And what a wonderful day it was. Yes, it was freezing cold outside, but we had plenty of space to work with indoors even with the 18 people in the bridal party! The bride and groom had so incorporated so many little details to make their day unique to them. Meg had some of the lace from her mother's wedding dress sown into her own, her and Brandon bought each other a pair of Tom's shoes as a wedding gift, the groomsmen wore cuff links with their initials on made from old typewriter keys, and the bridesmaids wore custom designed jewelry.
The little extras made the day beautiful but it was their love for each other that made it so fun to document. There was one element that was present all throughout the day...tears. When the two of them saw each other for the first time before the ceremony, they both wept. When Meg came down the aisle, they both wept. When they shared their vows, they both wept. When they shared their first dance, they both wept. Emotion comes easily for Brandon & Meg and that is what makes their love so amazing to witness. I believe they will conquer anything that comes their way because of the love that they share for each other and for their God. He has done a great thing bringing the two of them together. Just look at the day they shared with loved ones...
