George & Jean - 3.30.08

This past Sunday afternoon, Eric and I had the opportunity to shoot our first wedding since Malakai joined our family. Grandpa and Grandma Landis didn't mind a bit that they had some babysitting to do:) The wedding took place at Blossom Hill Mennonite Church here in Lancaster, PA. George and Jean were so laid back and fun to work with. The reception was catered by Oregon Dairy and the food was amazing. A chocolate fountain, fresh fruits and veggies, wraps, and some delicious cupcakes were a few of my favorites. George's brothers sang some classic southern gospel songs and invited all of the wedding guests to sing along. Even the photographer knew "We Have This Moment" and I got a little choked up thinking about how fast Malakai will grow up. George and Jean, you are a very special couple and it was such a testimony to hear how the LORD led you together step by step by step. You have been obedient and faithful and now you have been given the gift of each other's friendship in marriage. Many blessings as you begin your new journey together.
