Hostetter Family

The annual family portraits swap between my dear friend, Voni and I happened yesterday afternoon. What a gorgeous day it was. I think we both look forward to this event where someone else tells us how to position ourselves and directs our movement. Undoubtedly, we squirm in front of the camera and realize how much harder it is on the other side of the lens. It's a good reminder of what we put our clients through to get the images we want. We strolled around some back alleys of Lancaster City and laughed with our kids, kissed our husbands and enjoyed pizza, brownies and ice cream together afterwards. It is a true joy to photograph another fellow photographer's family and I am always honored to do so. Tomorrow, the images that Voni captured of our family will be posted. But for now, meet her sweet family...
