Justin & Lisa - 7.5.08

Last weekend we celebrated the 4th of July with Justin and Lisa in Mechanicsburg, PA. It was fun meeting the family since the majority of them were from out of state...New York, Florida, etc. Lisa's best friend even flew in from Hong Kong to be there for the wedding. We met the women at the hotel where the reception was held for some fun prep shots in their hotel room. And then I got to ride in the limo with Lisa and her mom to the church. After they were officially announced "husband and wife" we drove out to Justin's grandparent's house (where the newlyweds got engaged) and took pictures. Grandpa and Grandma have lived in their little wooden painted siding house house for 60 years. The view from their yard is breath-taking. It overlooks the Susquehanna River and City Island. You can clearly see the state capitol building too. We finished up right as it started raining and headed back for a fun night of celebration at the hotel. After a great meal and a mashed potato bar, everyone (even grandparents) was cutting a rug on the dance floor. I wanted so badly to put my camera down and go join in on the fun. Justin and Lisa, I wish you all the best as you journey through life together as husband and wife. May you always find new reasons to fall in love with each other over and over again. Enjoy a few favorites...
